Our Technical-Vocational School participates in KA102 VET projects under the Erasmus+ program, and it provides the students with internships in a European environment under the supervision of industry specialists and great professionals; therefore students can experience best examples in practice and get connected to their own theoretical and empirical background.
Students participating in KA102 projects develop professional skills, learn about the perspectives offered in the European labor market in their industry, update their knowledge and understand the current trends and needs in the European job market. While practising in such different and professional environments, they come in contact with different cultures and mentalities, and they learn customs and norms prevailing in such cultures; as a result, they can develop cultural intelligence and understand cultural differences. They also enrich their personal and social competences, including abilities to communicate and collaborate effectively and efficiently, thanks to their work in groups, as part of a multicultural team; communicating in a foreign language at European workplaces helps them improve their language skills and enrich their knowledge in specialized industrial terminology.
The acquired qualifications are confirmed by European certificates (such as the Europass Mobility), which will undoubtedly contribute to the attractiveness of the participating students in the labor market and to further development of their careers.
